Character Information

Appearance

Larasa Farleth stands about 5'9". Her hair is jet black and long, as well as usually being loose and unkempt. Her skin is exceedingly pale and her eyes are a very pale blue, wider than average, and somewhat keener in low light while somewhat more sensitive to bright light than the human average. She favors simple, practical clothes, typically leather trousers, a plain off-white woolen shirt, and a leather bodice. She is athletically built and strong in general.

Morgan of Voor is also about 5'9" tall. His hair is nut-brown and kept short and neatly combed and he is typically clean-shaven. His skin is exceedingly pale and his eyes are light amber, wider than average, and somewhat keener in low light while somewhat more sensitive to bright light than the human average. Morgan wears generally practical clothes, typically including trousers and a shirt of heavy wool, and a large coat with a particular embroidered trim that acts as a badge of office for the order of which he is the last living member.

History

Larasa and Morgan are the last known survivors of the plane of Taramir, a now-dead world that had not experienced sunlight for around two centuries before Larasa and Morgan's time. Larasa dwelt in the Grand Fortress, an arcology that held a population of millions, while Morgan was raised in the University of the Lorekeepers, a hidden fastness belonging to the order of the Lorekeepers of Voor. As their world died, they departed their separate homes to travel the darkened lands, but any hope either had in such a journey of saving Taramir was false: the plane collapsed, and while most everything that had existed on it dissolved in the Blind Eternities, Larasa and Morgan's Planeswalker Sparks ignited, and they found each other in the terror of the fall before arriving on a new plane.

Larasa and Morgan have traveled together ever since.

Personality

Larasa is typically loud, energetic, and outgoing. She is highly independent and has little respect for authority figures. She does her best to be brave, but the horrors of Taramir's fall have stuck with her, and her current inclination to fight in a literal or figurative sense whenever she is presented with a problem is the result of being driven by those dark memories, a fact she will only really admit to Morgan.

Morgan, usually, comes off as cool and reserved. He is a trained scholar, rational and soft-spoken, but at the same time he has very strong and unyielding beliefs, including a devotion to anyone he considers a friend (and especially to Larasa) and an inability to abide indolence, especially from those with the power to change things for the better. Morgan is slow to anger, but he is also very slow to forgive.

Larasa and Morgan have a deep love for one another. Together, Larasa and Morgan temper each other; reason reigning in snap decisions, courage bolstering philosophical conviction. They bring out the best in each other and are in some ways incomplete if and when alone.

Current Status

Larasa is a master of elemental magic: Fire and Earth come naturally to her, Air and especially Water somewhat less so. All her magic is raw and primal, from basic conjuring or shaping of an element in its raw form to summoning elementals. Morgan has focused on ritualized, scholarly magic such as scrying, divination, protective circles, and temporary banishment.

Larasa and Morgan are the sort of people who try to set right what they see going wrong. They do not have a permanent home in the planes.
